Tyson Fury gave a funny reaction to England’s 4-0 win over Ukraine at Euro 2020 on Saturday night.
Two goals from Harry Kane, one from Harry Maguire and one from Jordan Henderson settled the match – making sure that Gareth Southgate’s men march on to the semi-finals.
Fury tweeted just after the fourth goal went in.
He said: “I’ve not seen a beatdown over Ukraine like this since Dusseldorf – 28 November 2015.”
The ‘Gypsy King’ was of course referencing his own world title triumph when he famously dethroned Ukraine’s long-reigning heavyweight world champion Wladimir Klitschko.
Fury comprehensively outboxed Klitschko that night, winning by a clear unanimous decision.
England’s performance was equally dominant.
Kane got them off to a dream start as he latched onto a brilliant pass from Raheem Sterling and poked the ball in the net inside four minutes.
Harry Maguire made it 2-0 early in the second half as he powerfully headed in Luke Shaw’s pinpoint free-kick from the left.
Shaw became the provider once again as he crossed for Kane, who headed through the legs of Bushchan.
Jordan Henderson wrapped things up with a header of his own.
